We appreciate the continuous pressures placed on running any size school. Budgets are always tight and the loss of a member of staff, even for a short time can have a detrimental effect on both the School, Staff and Pupils.

We can offer a simple insurance policy to cover both Teaching Staff and Non-Teaching Staff. When a member of staff is absent due to Sickness or Injury the policy pays out a daily benefit that can be used to employ Supply Teachers or to pay for the extra hours other staff might agree to work.

The school knows how much the annual premium will be before the start of the year and will not be hit by any unexpected costs during the term of the policy.
